Executive Leadership Team

Neil joined Xeros in August 2022 from Strix Ltd, an AIM listed global leader in domestic appliance heating control, where he led the consumer goods and group marketing divisions. Prior that Neil was CCO of Neurovalens, an innovative med tech company working in cerebral stimulation. He has also held leadership positions in sales, marketing & strategy functions with the Glen Dimplex Group and Whirlpool EMEA. As well as General Management, Neil has worked on M&A integration projects, project management approaches and commercial excellence initiatives.

Alex joined the Board as Finance Director in March 2024. He initially joined Xeros as Group Financial Accounting Manager in Janaury 2018, and was appointed Director of Finance (non-board level) and Company Secretary in March 2023. Prior to joining Xeros he was Group Accountant and Finance Director of the Alternative Energy Division at Pressure Technologies PLC, where he also held the position of Company Secretary. Alex trained at PWC, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2013.

Stephen joined Xeros in December 2023 and has 27 years of marketing experience across Trade, Category and Communications. His background is consumer durables with a bias towards white goods having worked for Whirlpool, Hotpoint and Indesit brands that culminated in him leading the UK laundry team. He now develops, drives, and implements the Xeros Go to Market Strategy, trade marketing collateral, and communications across all technologies.

Thomas joined Xeros in 2016 and was appointed Technical Director in 2024, having previously led pivotal product developments across the business’s core technologies. He now oversees technology development through to commercialisation and leads the business’s IP strategy. Prior to Xeros, he held a range of engineering roles at Stelrad Ltd, covering project delivery, automation, and plant operations. He holds a First-Class BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and has completed executive education at INSEAD.

Lau joined Xeros in October 2018 as our HR Business Partner and later joined the Executive Management Team bringing expertise in people centric leadership. As a member of the EMT, she ensures that people remain a core focus in our strategic decision making. Prior to joining Xeros, Lau worked in the Education & Training industry, where she built a strong background in employee relations, HR systems and employee engagement, managing the entire employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding through performance development and change management.
