Our Garment Finishing System is an innovative technology for wet processing during garment manufacture. It halves the amount of water needed, and removes pumice in denim finishing, and can significantly reduce the chemistry, energy and time needed in the garment finishing stage.
Machines fitted with our patented innovations allow a closed system, the XDrum, to release reusable polymer spheres we call XOrbs, into specially designed garment finishing cycles. XOrbs can use up to half the normal amount of water, and provide additional mechanical action which helps drive chemistry deeper into fabrics. The bespoke XOrb wash programs can cater to individual design needs allowing for incredibly flexible, and cost-effective manufacturing. At the end of the cycle, the XDrum collects the XOrbs back into their storage system to be be used again and again.
